Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022

Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022- A much-awaited annual event - with the honorable Prime Minister was held on 1st April '22. School made all necessary arrangements for the smooth streaming of the event. Throughout the session, the Prime Minister responded to questions pertinent to exam stress and related areas posed by students in his uniquely engaging style as well as shared some valuable tips for preparing for board and entrance exams in a stress-free and pleasant manner.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐗𝐈𝐈 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏-𝟐𝟐. An enthusiastic and sentimental Class XI played the perfect host to bid farewell to their seniors. The event was an ensemble of dance, music, and laughter as the hosts impressed the audience by showcasing their vast repository of skills. The "Talent Show" by the Sobtians again proved that they are a powerhouse of talent in every field. The assignment of the titles was the most wonderful part of the ceremony and 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐫. 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐨𝐛𝐭𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲. Our respected Principal Mrs. Gunjan Sahni inspired the students to conquer all the obstacles and soar high in the limitless sky. In nostalgia and reluctance, but with hope and aspirations, the school bid adieu to seniors and wished them luck for all they set out to do.

Basant Panchami Celebration Activity

Basant Panchami also called Saraswati Puja in honor of the Goddess Saraswati, is a festival that marks the preparation for the arrival of spring. The festival was celebrated by the Grade III students of gunjanmamschoolcbsesobtis Public School with great pomp and gaiety. They decked up beautifully in yellow attire, offered yellow-colored flowers to Goddess Saraswati & made a craft of sunflower using pasta and black tea leaves. Along with this they also prepared yellow-colored food items to mark the importance of this festival.

𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐢🌻, is a festival that marks the preliminary preparations for the arrival of spring🌸. 𝑮𝒐𝒅𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒕𝒊, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒖 𝑮𝒐𝒅𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆, 𝒘𝒊𝒔𝒅𝒐𝒎, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒅𝒂𝒚. On this cheerful occasion, performed an activity for which they wore yellow-colored attire in their virtual session representing the color of happiness and crafted handmade greeting cards representing all the essential components of Basant Panchmi. Children were also made aware of the reason behind celebrating this day by their mentor.

Basant Panchami - Craft Activity

Since the chilling air❄️ of winter has changed into the soothing cold breeze, here comes the 🌻spring season🌻 known as Basant or Vasant in India. The Little sobtians of Lower and upper kindergarten celebrated Basant Panchami🌻 to worship🙏🏻 Goddess Saraswati, the symbol of📖 knowledge and wisdom. To mark the occasion, a virtual celebration was held on this day. It started with the Prayer🙏 and song to get the blessings. Students attended virtual class in yellow-colored attire and also enjoyed doing the craft activity and made beautiful yellow flowers🌻 & enjoyed various eatables of yellow color. The students were apprised about the significance of the day and motivated to understand and respect their inheritance and culture.

Wild animals are the animals that live in the natural environment... We need to conserve and protect the precious wildlife which God has gifted to us. An activity was conducted for our tiny toddlers in which they recognized wild animals in a fun-filled way & also made a paper mask of an elephant🐘. A leaf is an integral part of a plant that's usually green and attached to it by a stem or stalk. During fall, the leaves of many trees turn into various bright colors before falling to the ground and are a treat to the eyes. A plant's leaves are the organs that take part in photosynthesis, which brings it needed nutrients. From venturing into a jungle 🐅safari by sharing evocative stories to identifying the names of the young ones of animals using picture cues, the children explored the horizons of learning with immense enthusiasm. Honing the confidence of the students, the students were motivated to sing and imitate the actions of the wild animals too. While the session on Animal Yoga aided the children to improve their flexibility. Unleashing their creativity, the young minds also enjoyed making giraffe🦒 using materials readily available at home & recited animals rhymes joyfully.

The festival of Makar Sankranti marks the beginning of the harvest season. In this joyous festival new crops are worshipped and shared with delight. The harvest festival heralds a change in season. Students celebrated this festival with lot of excitement. They donated khichdi, til ke ladoo, til chikki, groundnuts to needy people and also made kites and celebrated this festival by spreading light, goodness and cheer.

The festival of Lohri is celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country. The festival is a famous festival of whole of North India including Punjab-Haryana. The festival of Lohri is celebrated on 13 January every year before Makar Sankranti. On the special occasion of Lohri an activity was conducted for the students wherein they were told about the importance of this day. They came dressed up in festive attires and also made handmade crafts.

The Red color signifying love❤ and compassion was celebrated with great zeal amongst our tiny tots. The students of Kindergarten celebrated their 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲 by dressing up in bright shades of 𝐑𝐞𝐝 and learning about the objects 🌶🚨🛑🚦🛻🍿that appear 𝐑𝐞𝐝 in color. Classes were decorated with 𝐑𝐞𝐝 balloons. Teachers enthusiastically made beautiful objects to teach the students the identification of the color 🛑𝐑𝐄𝐃.🛑

Guru Nanak Jayanti Activity

Guru Nanak Jayanti, also referred to as Gurupurab, is one of the most auspicious occasions in Sikh community. It celebrates the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev - the first Sikh Guru (among the ten Sikh Gurus) and the founder of Sikhism (Sikh religion).This festival holds a great significance among the Sikhs and the whole community grandeur. To mark this occasion our little Sobtian’s performaned an activity wherein they were told about the importance of this day, 5Ks & their significance by doing a craft activity in a fun filled manner.

Dhatu Roop' lesson activities

Today class 6 students learned Sanskrit 'Dhatu Roop' lesson through activities. Using colored paper and pens, students made a crown by writing singular, dual, plural and beautiful flashes of paath dhatu latkar (present tense). Make cards and arrange them in sequence. In the game play, the students learned the metal form words and enthusiastically participated in the activities. This type of activities develops the psychological, cognitive, creative and intellectual abilities of the students.

Veer Gatha Project Activity

Under the Supreme guidance of Respected Principal Mrs Gunjan Sahni, today under '𝐕𝐄𝐄𝐑 𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓' various activities were organised for students of 𝐒𝐎𝐁𝐓𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋. Students of Grade 6 participated in Poem writing on the theme ‘𝐈𝐟 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.' Grade 7 & 8 students painted pictures depicting stories of 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐒. Students of Grade 9 participated in Paragraph Writing on VEER GATHA whereas some students came forward with a 𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 on Veer Gatha. Special Assembly on Children's Day

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝_ 𝐀𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐜 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲! On the happy occasion of Children's Day, our zealful team of teachers organised a special assembly for our students. All the teachers exuberantly dressed up like children and performed hilarious activities. Towards the end of the assembly there was a special performance by teachers, extolling the spirit of childhood. Our honorable Principal Madam Gunjan Sahni, wished and blessed the children abundantly. Teachers Training

Training on '𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬' On 29 Oct '21 a training session was conducted for school faculty members by Mr. Sumit Bhardwaj _ an internationally certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Trainer, Certified Master Trainer Transactional Analysis, Leadership and a Life Coach. The resource person highlighted the vitality of '𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬' in today's educational arena. The teachers highly benefitted from the training as they understood the basic principles of differentiating content, process and product in an academically diverse classroom and learnt to be able to implement one or more instructional strategies that support differentiation to bring learning within the grasp of all students. It was a highly interactive session which gave an insight into different learning styles and helped teachers to plan teaching strategies based on student's readiness, interests and learning profiles to successfully meet the needs of diverse learners. The principles of a differentiated classroom clearly provided guidance to the educators to bring student's participation in classroom work and strive together to ensure continual engagement and lead towards the path of success for the teacher and the students as a whole.

Idiom Activity

Learning method teaches students to practice a task themselves, resulting in learning and learning new things by self-inspecting. Using the same method, students of class 7 and 8 participated in the idiom dialogue speed method in sports in which all students communicated using idioms through different playcards. Students gained a new experience by participating in this activity and understood the meaning of idioms through learning method and also learned their experiments in life.

Diya Making Activity

"𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞". The more diyas we lit , the more darkness dispels away from us . So on the auspicious occasion , the students of class 8 were given a 𝐃𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 🪔 .The Material they used was clay and children were exhilarated to mould their diyas in beautiful shapes and painting with different colours. May the light of diyas create happy vibes and dispels negatively.

Diya Stand Making Activity

"𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞". On the occasion of Diwali students of class 4 and 5 performed '𝐃𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠' activity. Students participated with zeal and their smiling faces at the commencement of the activity showed their joy and happiness.

National Unity Day

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 !! On the occasion of National Unity Day or Rashtriya Ekta diwas a special assembly was conducted by the students of class VII and VIII. The day commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel - Iron Man of India. So the students gave their tribute to the great leader by giving speeches on his contribution to the nation and a skit based on the theme of unity was enacted too. The school also celebrated Rashtriya Sankalp Diwas or National Pledge day dedicated to Indira Gandhi and her services to India. The students delivered speeches and took pledge for unified India. The celebration created an aura of patriotism and devotion towards our country.

Speaking softly and using polite words is a quality that is appreciated by all. The"𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐂 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐒" such as 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔, 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄, 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐘, 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐌𝐄, 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 can put an instant smile 😊on anyone’s face. These words build a positive perception. When children use these words they are liked by everyone and are invited to engage in social activities. It increases their socialization and builds their interpersonal skills which are absolutely essential for their growth and development into healthy respected adults.. Keeping this in mind an activity was conducted for lower kindergarteners in which they learnt the importance of each word through a colorful craft activity.

Students made a tree using colorful paper and pen using pronoun words, and wrote the pronouns on the leaves of the tree from Gyansh. Gurudwara Visit

The priest enlightened the children about Guru's life and inspired them to follow the path of truth and righteousness , thereby ingraining in them the values of humility and service towards their fellow humans. The children bask in the glory of the shrine and also enjoyed the sweets being offered there . Plants exchange gases through stomata(small pores) present on leaves. Through these pores leaves ''𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞'' in ''𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐝𝐞'' and ''𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞'' out ''𝐨𝐱𝐲𝐠𝐞𝐧''. Students of Grade III performed an experiment where they witnessed this process and understood that plants are also living organisms like human beings.

They also came in traditional garba attires and danced on traditional songs.

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration

Truly a man of his words and his works! The name- Mahatma Gandhi transcends the bounds of race, religion and nation-states, and has emerged as the prophetic voice of the twenty-first century. The world remembers Gandhi ji for his passionate adherence to the practice of non-violence and supreme humanism. The day commenced with a significant tribute to the father of our nation- Mahatma Gandhi ji and the 2nd Prime minister of our country- Shashtri ji followed by a momentous lamp lighting ceremony. There after the event proceeded, garlanding the portraits of Gandhi ji and Shastri ji with all the due respect. Holding the feeling of national chauvinism students came up with informative speeches based on the voyage of their lives and the incredible efforts they enforced to set our nation free from the English dominance. Faculties delivered the most important part of the event that is Bapu’s teachings, his ethics and how ultimately he became the father of our great nation. And at last with due respect and patriotic zeal the event concluded with the national anthem.

Swachh Bharat Mission Activity

“𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.” The Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) was launched in 2014 to fulfil the vision of cleaner India , as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th birth anniversary. Students of Grade III celebrated Gandhi Jayanti by joining their hands in this mission. Through this occasion they came to know about how to segregate dry & wet waste.

During his tenure as India's President, his students and friends requested him to allow them to celebrate his birthday on September 5. However, Dr Radhakrishnan denied such a pompous show. Instead, he said that it would be a privilege if the day was celebrated as 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐃𝐀𝐘 to recognise the contribution of teachers in society. 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬: Monsoon Week Bidding adieu to the summer heat, the young minds of 𝐒𝐨𝐛𝐭𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 regaled in the monsoon delight in the online session. The activity witnessed the overwhelming participation of students who explored the realm of experiential learning to cement their concepts. From comprehending the science of rainfall to unfurling their creativity in craft work, the unparalleled enthusiasm of the tiny tots was a sight to behold. The happiness of the children increased manifold as they prepared a delicious Monsoon platter under the guidance of their mentor. From learning about the grasshopper, frog and peacock to making a caterpillar using green play dough, the children had fun galore.

From reciting rhymes in unison to identifying the varied parts of body aided by visual cues, children of Grade I learnt about the specific functions of different body parts under the guidance of their mentor. Our Little Sobtians celebrated '𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐲' 🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭along with yellow day with great enthusiasm. Our tiny tots came dressed up beautifully in Yellow Colored Clothes during their online class. The celebration started with a general conversation about the '𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬- 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨' 🥭 Teacher briefed the students about the different varieties and qualities of mangoes and yellow colour objects. All the students were elated while conducting finger painting activity. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day and will remember it for a long time to come!

Our Little Sobtians celebrated '𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐲' 🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭along with yellow day with great enthusiasm. Our tiny tots came dressed up beautifully in Yellow Colored Clothes during their online class.The celebration started with a general conversation about the '𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬- 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨' 🥭followed by reciting rhymes and singing songs . Teacher briefed the students about the different varieties and qualities of mangoes. All the students were elated while conducting craft activity such as tearing and pasting. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day and will remember it for a long time to come!

These skills include sensor motor skills which enable a child to hold and use a pencil, further lending them the ability to copy, trace, draw and colour. The little superstars of gunjanmamschoolcbsesobtis Public School were elated to make lines and curves under the guidance of their mentor. From listening to a riveting story on lines to making the curves using clay, the children were brimming with mirth and laughter. The students were excited to trace basic lines and curves that aided their pincer grip development and enhanced their hand-eye coordination.

Virtual Tour of Hospital

Every year on July 1, India celebrates National Doctor's Day to express Gratitude to the Medical staff for their dedicated services. During the current Pandemic, this day holds an even greater significance considering the fact how doctors and physicians are working round the clock to help our country fight the health crisis. 𝐒𝐎𝐁𝐓𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 conducted a virtual tour to hospital for students of Grade III to mark the importance of this day. Students saw many medical equipment like CT scan machine, MRI machine, etc. Children also dressed up as doctors as a token of respect and gratitude.

She explained the importance & need of practicing Yoga to children in a Simple and Lucid manner. Students performed several Aasanas like Tadasana, Dhanurasana, Bhujangasana, Suptvakrasana, Warrior Pose, Surya Namaskar and practiced Pranayam too. It was indeed a fruitful session as 𝐒𝐎𝐁𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐒 thoroughly enjoyed practicing yoga under expert guidance.

Soil conservation is when you prevent soil erosion by planting new plants, taking care of plants, or keeping soil from being contaminated. World Blood Doner Day Activity

Every year, 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 🌍 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 🩸 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲 is celebrated on June 14 🌞to raise awareness about the need for Safe Blood as a life saving gift. For 2021🗓, the 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲'𝐬 slogan is “𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠”. On this day 𝐒𝐎𝐁𝐓𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋🏫 conducted an activity for students of class I to spread awareness among the elderly 🧓🏼to emphasize the importance of donating Blood and plasma during the time of pandemic. Students👦🏻🧒🏻 were dressed in red attires to represent blood bottles, made pamphlets and handed over these pamphlets to elderly people.

Sobtians were taught how Child labour still continues to exist. Eradicating child labour means development and better opportunities for everyone. Based on this conviction, Stop Child Labour advocates a good education for children and a reliable income for adults.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫 🧰 is held annually on June 12🗓. Keeping this day in mind an activity was conducted for the students of class 2 during their online session. The main aim of this activity is to spread awareness about the cruel practice of hiring minor children👦🏻 for labour and also to encourage people to speak against this evil practice. Our students made posters with different anti child labour slogans and few children were also dressed up like the child labourers. Some of the characters played by our students were -vegetable 🌽 vendor, Cobbler, Maid & a Mason students came up with great efforts for this year’s virtual anti child 🧒 labour day!

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐇𝐘𝐆𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘!! The 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐖𝐇𝐎) has marked 5 May as 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲. This day is recognising the role of clean and safe hands in warding off many serious infections. The main goal of the 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐇𝐘𝐆𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘 campaign is to recognize that hand washing is one of the most effective actions you can take to reduce the spread of pathogens and prevent infections, including the 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐃-𝟏𝟗 virus. An activity was conducted for the students of Kindergarten in their online class in which they learnt the correct way of washing their hands thoroughly to keep them clean and hygienic in this pandemic by their mentor!

Field trips provide alternative educational opportunities for children and can benefit the community if they include some type of community service. Field trips also provide students the opportunity to take a break from their normal routine and experience more hands on learning. Keeping in mind the present scenario 𝐒𝐎𝐁𝐓𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 has organized a virtual field trip of 𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐃 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐘 for their students of Grade III. The virtual tour was very interesting, amazing and full of experiences. Students explored their knowledge and also learnt about different birds like eagle, parrot, duck, owl and many more.

Ayushman Bharat Diwas is celebrated to achieve twin missions of promoting health and wellness of the poor and to provide insurance benefits to them. The day aims to promote affordable medical facilities as well as medical insurance in remote areas of the country based on the Socio-Economic Caste Census database. On the occasion of Ayushman Bharat Diwas students of class 8th promoted awareness related to health, wellness and benefits of the scheme.

The theme for 2021 is "𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐫, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝." Keeping this theme in mind students of Grade III performed different yoga poses in their online class to keep themselves fit and healthy.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 - 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 "𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨𝐲𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧." Students from NC to UKG celebrated 𝐅𝐀𝐕𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐘 in their virtual classes. They carried their favourite toy and had a great time playing with them. They were very much excited to show their toy, speak two lines about it and tell as to why it is their favourite toy. The purpose of this activity was to develop their Communication and Social Skills.

"𝐈𝐂𝐄-𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏-𝟐𝟐 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐍" Ice breaking session before lesson begins. This is to cheer up our little angels. Day 1 began with a Story telling session & a Virtual Tour to Disneyland . Our little munchkins were super excited on the very first day of new session & enjoyed the classroom activities thoroughly. Students introduced themselves & interacted with their teachers with great zeal.
