विचारों का संग्राम 🌟 सोबतीस पब्लिक स्कूल में कक्षा 9 से 12 के विद्यार्थियों के लिए विद्यालय के सभागार में इंटर-हाउस हिंदी वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का सफल आयोजन किया गया 🎤। प्रतियोगिता का विषय “क्या साल में दो बार बोर्ड परीक्षा लेना छात्रों के लिए फायदेमंद है?” रहा, जिसने विद्यार्थियों को गहन चिंतन कर प्रभावशाली तर्क प्रस्तुत करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। विभिन्न हाउस के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लेते हुए आत्मविश्वास, तार्किक सोच और उत्कृष्ट अभिव्यक्ति कौशल का परिचय दिया 💬। प्रतियोगिता के दौरान विचारों का सजीव आदान-प्रदान हुआ, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों ने अपने पक्ष को स्पष्टता और दृढ़ता के साथ प्रस्तुत किया 🤝। निर्णायकों ने प्रतिभागियों की विषयवस्तु, प्रस्तुति शैली और मंच पर पकड़ की सराहना की 👏। यह प्रतियोगिता अत्यंत प्रेरणादायक और बौद्धिक रूप से समृद्ध रही, जिसने सभी को महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर सोचने और अपनी अभिव्यक्ति को और सशक्त बनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया 🌱। कक्षा 9 से 12 (सीनियर वर्ग) प्रतियोगिता के परिणाम में खुशी दीक्षित (टैगोर हाउस) ने प्रथम स्थान 🥇, अर्पिता ( विवेकानंद हाउस) ने द्वितीय स्थान 🥈 तथा दानिया फातिमा (रमन हाउस) ने तृतीय स्थान 🥉 प्राप्त किया।

विशेषण: भाषा की पहचान ✨ भाषा का वास्तविक सौंदर्य उसकी अभिव्यक्ति की गहराई में निहित होता है, और ‘विशेषण’ उसी सौंदर्य के सजीव संवाहक हैं। आज कक्षा सात के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा आयोजित ‘विशेषण’ विषयक गतिविधि अत्यंत प्रभावशाली, ज्ञानवर्धक एवं सृजनात्मक रही। इस गतिविधि के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों ने यह भली-भांति समझा कि विशेषण केवल शब्दों का अलंकरण नहीं, बल्कि वे संज्ञा और सर्वनाम को स्पष्टता, विशेषता एवं आकर्षण प्रदान करने वाले महत्वपूर्ण अवयव हैं। विद्यार्थियों ने विभिन्न उदाहरणों, रोचक वाक्यों, चित्रों तथा प्रस्तुतियों के माध्यम से यह प्रदर्शित किया कि किस प्रकार विशेषण किसी भी साधारण वाक्य को प्रभावपूर्ण, जीवंत एवं मनोहारी बना सकते हैं। उनके कार्यों में भाषा के प्रति गहन रुचि, सूक्ष्म समझ एवं रचनात्मकता स्पष्ट रूप से परिलक्षित हुई। यह गतिविधि न केवल व्याकरणिक ज्ञान को सुदृढ़ करने में सहायक सिद्ध हुई, बल्कि विद्यार्थियों के आत्मविश्वास, अभिव्यक्ति-कौशल एवं भाषिक दक्षता को विकसित करने में भी अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण रही। निस्संदेह, यह प्रयास इस बात का प्रमाण है कि उचित मार्गदर्शन एवं रचनात्मक वातावरण में विद्यार्थी अपनी प्रतिभा को उत्कृष्ट रूप से अभिव्यक्त कर सकते हैं

Orange Day Celebration 🧡

Orange Day Celebration 🧡 *Our Pre-Primary learners celebrated Orange Day with great excitement, enthusiasm, and happiness. The classroom was filled with bright shades of orange as our little stars came dressed in beautiful orange outfits and actively participated in various fun-filled activities planned for the day. Children explored and learned about the colour orange through engaging hands-on experiences. They enjoyed hand printing with orange paint, which helped enhance their creativity and fine motor skills. The students also learned how the colour orange is made by mixing red and yellow colours, making the activity both exciting and educational. The little learners identified and discussed different orange-coloured objects found around them such as oranges, carrots, pumpkins, marigold flowers, and balloons, helping them connect classroom learning with their everyday surroundings. They also enjoyed a paper sticking activity where they pasted small pieces of orange paper to create beautiful artwork, encouraging concentration 🍊.

Investiture Ceremony 2026

Investiture Ceremony 2026 “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” A spirit of pride and excitement marked the Investiture Ceremony at Sobtis Public School as the newly elected Student Council stepped into their leadership roles. The ceremony began with the auspicious lamp lighting, followed by the oath-taking, where young leaders pledged to uphold the school’s values with integrity and dedication. The vibrant cultural programme added colour and enthusiasm to the event. The responsibilities were bestowed upon School Captain : Krishna (XII A), School Vice Captain: Sonakshi (XII B), Sports Captain: Rozel Khan (XI D), Sports Vice Captain: Vinay (IX D), along with House Captains, Prefects, and enthusiastic young leaders from Classes III to V. The ceremony concluded on a high note of motivation and hope with inspiring words from respected Principal Sir Heartiest congratulations to all 🎉🎉🎉—may you lead with confidence, courage, and excellence!

An informative and engaging Cyber Security Workshop was conducted at Sobtis Public School with the aim of spreading awareness about online safety and responsible digital behaviour among students. 🌐💻 The session was graced by esteemed guests Mr. Neeraj Singh, UP Police Cyber Cell Incharge 👮‍♂️, along with media representatives Ms. Parul Gautam and Mr. Nandan Batra from Dainik Jagran I Next 📰. The experts shared valuable insights on cyber security, safe use of social media platforms, and ways to stay protected from online frauds and cyber threats. 🛡️📱 Students enthusiastically participated in the session, asking thoughtful questions related to online safety, which made the workshop highly interactive and informative. 🎤🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ The toppers of Class 10 Board Examinations 🌟📚 also shared their perspectives on the balanced and responsible use of social media in students’ lives. Our respected Principal, Dr. Gurdeep Singh, also addressed the students and motivated them to use digital platforms wisely and responsibly while staying alert and safe in the online world. 🌟💡

Our Class 5 students explored the concept of Fractions

Our Class 5 students explored the concept of Fractions through an engaging and hands-on activity 🧮🍕. They divided objects into equal parts, identified numerators and denominators, and represented fractions using real-life examples . Students actively participated, collaborated in groups, and demonstrated their understanding with confidence . The activity made learning fun, meaningful, and easy to understand 🎉📚. By the end of the activity, students were able to identify numerator and denominator correctly and differentiate between proper, improper, and mixed fractions. Students developed the ability to represent fractions using diagrams and real-life examples. They also learned to compare like and unlike fractions. The activity enhanced their critical thinking, observation, and problem-solving skills. It encouraged teamwork, communication, and active participation.

Dressed as doctors, farmers, carpenters, and cleaners, they joyfully stepped into these roles, expressing their thoughts with confidence and pride while learning about the dignity of labour. The day came alive with fun-filled tool-matching games and engaging role-play activities, where learning happened through doing, exploring, and expressing. Through these joyful experiences, our little ones developed a deeper sense of gratitude, empathy, and respect for every profession. It was heartwarming to see our tiny tots understand that every helping hand matters and no work is ever small. A beautiful day filled with smiles, values, and real-life learning. 🌟

Earth Day Celebration by Tiny Tots

Our tiny tots celebrated Earth Day with joy and purpose, learning to love and protect Mother Earth. Through hand printing and balloon impression, they explored textures and colors while understanding nature’s beauty. Headbands foster creativity and fine motor skills. In our 'Clean Earth’ drive, children learned responsibility and teamwork. Planting seeds and saplings in clay pots taught them growth, care, and sustainability. Aligned with NEP 2020, these experiential activities built environmental awareness, curiosity, sensory skills, and values. Our little eco-warriors now understand that small hands can make a big difference for a greener planet.

Move and Make Station!

Our tiny tots turned play into powerful learning! Through the Freeze Game ,they built self-control and listening skills. The Directions Game had them hopping left, right, forward— mastering spatial concepts with smiles. And Musical Chairs brought counting, quick thinking, and turn-taking to life. Aligned with NEP 2020, we follow learning by doing where movement builds focus, motor skills, and early math. When children move, create, and play, concepts stick for life. Because little bodies in motion mean little brains in action.

Our tiny tots stepped into the spirit of Baisakhi with pure joy and wonder. They bowed at the Gurudwara, thanked Waheguru for the golden crops, and soaked in vibrant festive vibes. From exploring a crafted village ,water well to sharing sweet smiles at the lassi corner, every moment turned into hands-on learning. They clapped, danced to cheerful dhol beats, and truly lived our learning by doing motto. Culture, gratitude, faith, and giggles came together beautifully as children experienced traditions through play, movement and togetherness. A harvest of memories was created, celebrating roots, blessings, and joyful childhood.

Oral Health Check-up for students

SOBTIS PUBLIC SCHOOL marked World Health Day by organizing an Oral Health Check-up for students of Classes 3 to 6 🦷✨. A team of doctors from Rohilkhand Medical College, led by Dr. Shivangi Sharma (Professor, Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry), conducted dental examinations and guided students on proper oral hygiene 👩‍⚕️🪥. An engaging awareness session helped children understand the importance of brushing techniques, healthy eating, and regular dental care. The Principal also encouraged students to adopt good health and hygiene habits in their daily lives 🌱💙. A meaningful initiative towards brighter smiles and healthier futures! 😊

New Session Begins/ Tika Ceremony / Orientation PTM (Kindergarten)

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 – 𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐲𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 ✨ The first day of school was filled with cheerfulness, excitement, and bright curious faces 😊. Our little stars arrived happily and were warmly welcomed by teachers with a traditional tika ceremony 🌸. The atmosphere was full of positivity and enthusiasm 🎉. A special assembly was beautifully organized, where teachers presented a heartfelt welcome song 🎶 and a lovely poem that made the children feel loved and comfortable 💖. School Principal Dr. Gurdeep Singh shared inspiring words and extended his heartfelt wishes to all students 🌟. Along with this, an Orientation PTM for Kindergarten was also conducted, where parents were introduced to the school environment, curriculum, and teaching approach 🤝📚. It was a wonderful opportunity to build a strong connection between parents and teachers for the little ones’ bright future 🌈. It was truly a memorable start, marking the beginning of a wonderful learning journey for the new academic session 2026–27 🚸📖✨
